This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that may be used on the C&M Carpets website.

Preference Storage

The website stores one item called cmConsent in local storage after you make a choice. It records the consent-policy version and whether reviews and the map are allowed. It does not identify you, and remains until you clear browser storage or the website changes the consent-policy version.

Embedded Services

The website includes embedded services that may set their own cookies or collect usage information: Google Maps and Featurable Google reviews. Each category can be accepted separately, and neither service loads before its category is accepted.

Form and Booking Tools

The website sends deliberate form submissions through a secure Cloudflare function to Brevo. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks form submissions for automated abuse. These essential security functions do not depend on optional embed consent. Microsoft Bookings loads automatically when a visitor opens the dedicated booking page so that live appointment availability can be shown, and may set its own cookies or receive device and network information.

Managing Cookies

Use Cookie Settings in the website footer to review, accept or withdraw each optional category at any time. Withdrawing a category removes its embedded content from the page. You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings.
